Maintenance Technician in Providence, RI

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, including painting, plastering, light electrical, light plumbing, snow removal, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks in apartment units and common areas.
• Conduct painting and plastering work to maintain interior and exterior aesthetics.
• Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs and installations.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access to the property.
• Perform landscaping duties to maintain the property's exterior appearance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in apartment maintenance and the specific skills listed above.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
