CRDN of the Midsouth is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Maintenance Tech to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.

Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including conveyors, forklifts, and HVAC systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts inventory.

Assist with facility improvements and modifications as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial or warehouse maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a warehouse environment.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and maintenance tracking.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.

Ability to work at heights using ladders or lifts when necessary.
