Maintenance Technician
Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, subfloor repair, door installation, door jamb repair, window sill repair etc. The Maintenance Technician will perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management Richmond Metro organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Application and knowledge of general Handyman work and repairs
Perform work in a timely manner and provide exceptional quality of work
Schedule, communicate and perform property evaluations
Maintain the established customer service standards for both owners and residents
Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve issues
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Must have excellent technical skills
Detail conscious
Interpersonal skills
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in maintenance or suitable experience in residential repairs
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
Must be able to pass a background check
