Community Medical Center is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a positive and self-motivated individual to provide day-to-day maintenance duties including: plumbing, light electrical work, minor structural improvements, equipment and fixture service or replacement, and monitoring of physical plant systems. Qualified individuals must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and 1 year of working knowledge of mechanical tools, knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems. Associate Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or a related field is preferred. On-Call rotation required.
