Benefits • Employee Rate at IHG Hotels • Health, Dental, Vision, and Term Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Free On-Site Parking • Free Employee Meals • Employee Referral Program • Discounted KAT Bus Passes Responsibilities: • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Qualifications: • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Skills and abilities to accomplish tasks • Well-rounded individual, good work ethic, team player, works independently, friendly, punctual, follows instructions written and verbal Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
