You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Perform drywall repairs, touch-ups, and finishing work (patching, sanding, mudding, painting). • Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, trim, and doors, ensuring smooth, professional finishes. • Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues (e.g., clogged drains, leaky faucets) and minor electrical problems. • Handle new construction warranty repairs, including addressing settling cracks, minor adjustments, and cosmetic fixes. • Respond promptly to tenant and property manager maintenance requests, prioritizing based on urgency and impact. Qualifications: • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
