Full Job Description
G & B Property Management is seeking a full time professional Maintenance technician. Preferably with plumbing experience to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in all aspects of maintenance for the apartment communities
Electrical repairs
Plumbing Maintenance
Window repairs
Door repair
Air Conditioning and Heater Repairs
Troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting of potential liability concerns or safety hazards
Qualifications:
Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Ability to receive directions and contribute to a team environment
Strong written/oral communication skills
Available for emergency on-call duties
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
