Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities and fleet are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building and feet for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. This position will be responsible for ensure all rental inventory and chemicals are stocked and tracked. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has initiative and some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on our fleet and truck mount systems (i.e. change oil, brakes, values, and hoses,etc.) .

Inspect the building and fleet for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.

Keep a record of completed repairs and when the vehicle was last serviced.

Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our fleet and equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks.

Maintain a clean property both inside the building and outside.

Service and clean all rental equipment.

Track rentals

Track chemical consumptions.

Keep the MSDS binder accurate.

Safely mix chemicals.

Maintain a vendor supplier document.

Ensure inventory, chemicals, and equipment is adequately stocked.

Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of maintenance experience

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance

Understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
