Maintenance Technician
Gray Residential is seeking to add a Maintenance Technician to the best team ever! The community is under new ownership and management, and we are excited to make the community the best it can be.
Key Functions of the Role:
• Reading and following a digital make-ready board and performing quality punch work to produce apartments that meet the standards of our company and our residents.
• Being a great team member by exhibiting will and skill.
• Practicing self-accountability to do great work and accepting praise and feedback from a Supervisor.
• Recognizing the need for training and participating in on-the-job training as well as supporting online training initiatives.
• Performing service requests, preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members and come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities.

• Communicative – Understands that consistent meetings with the Property Manager and their team are important. Responsiveness is also critical.
• Reliability and Predictability – Team members need to count on one another, and those who report to you need to predict how you'll react to issues or concerns—with grace and professionalism.
• Organization – We'll provide the tools you need to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. We use TEAMS and mobile facilities management apps to manage service requests, make-ready boards, preventative maintenance plans, and inspections in one place.
