Maintenance Technician
Gray Residential is seeking to add a Maintenance Technician to the Solana at the Crossing.
Key Functions of the Role:
• Reading and following a digital make-ready board and performing quality punch work to produce apartments that meet the standards of our company and our residents.
• Being a great team member by exhibiting will and skill.
• Practicing self-accountability to do great work and accepting praise and feedback from a Supervisor.
• Recognizing the need for training and participating in on-the-job training as well as supporting online training initiatives.
• Performing service requests, preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members and come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities.

• Organization – We'll provide the tools you need to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. We use TEAMS and mobile facilities management apps to manage service requests, make-ready boards, preventative maintenance plans, and inspections in one place.
