    Job Description:

    As a Maintenance Technician/Handyman, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to keep properties in excellent condition. Your role will include diagnosing issues, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the overall functionality and safety of the properties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.

    • Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure all systems are functioning properly.

    • Handle basic landscaping tasks, such as mowing, trimming, and cleanup.

    • Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.

    • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

    • Collaborate with property managers, tenants, or team members to address concerns and prioritize work.

    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Handyman, or similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects when needed.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel between sites is required).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (not required but a plus).

    • Experience with property management or residential/commercial maintenance.
