We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. Responsibilities: • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections. • Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations. • Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Address repair needs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping. • Address maintenance requests from guests promptly and with excellent service. Qualifications: • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Availability for on-call hours, including weekends. • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
