Janek Property Management seeks a dedicated full-time maintenance technician to join our cohesive team. The Maintenance Technician will oversee all-encompassing maintenance duties to uphold property functionality and aesthetics in alignment with cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities: • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, replacing locks, drywall repair, replacement of outlets, etc. • Perform general carpentry and basic troubleshooting. • Work with contractors for project completion and property inspections. • Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff. • Communicate with upper management and update tasks in the management system. • Perform other tasks as requested by upper management. Qualifications: • Experience with facilities/property management or similar experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of routine maintenance processes. • Experience using maintenance tools. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
