Janek Property Management is searching for a full-time maintenance technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all general maintenance activities to ensure that the function and appearance of the properties meet cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, self-motivator, with a positive attitude and an eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, replacing locks, drywall repair, replacement of outlets, etc. • Perform general carpentry and basic troubleshooting. • Work with contractors for project completion and property inspections. • Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff. • Communicate with upper management and update tasks in the management system. • Perform other tasks as requested by upper management. Qualifications: • Experience with facilities/property management or similar experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of routine maintenance processes. • Experience using maintenance tools. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
