Janek Property Management is in search of a committed full-time maintenance technician to join our united team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance tasks to maintain property operations and appearance while meeting cleanliness and safety criteria. Responsibilities: • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, replacing locks, drywall repair, replacement of outlets, etc. • Perform general carpentry and basic troubleshooting. • Work with contractors for project completion and property inspections. • Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff. • Communicate with upper management and update tasks in the management system. • Perform other tasks as requested by upper management. Qualifications: • Experience with facilities/property management or similar experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of routine maintenance processes. • Experience using maintenance tools. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
