You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Qualifications: • At least 2 years of maintenance experience • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
