Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintain the functionality of occupied apartments, as well as renovating vacant apartments in a timely manner. This requires knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Etc. Hours of operation are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday and on call for weekend emergencies. we are looking for a technician who is fast paced, attentive and can communicate efficiently.
