Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician/Laborer to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments, condominiums, and new buildings. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. This position may report to Kirkwood, MO and Pevely, MO.

Responsibilities:

Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion

Maintain appearance of properties

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Cleaning and grounds work

Be able to move appliances

Ba able to shovel snow

Be able to clean gutters

Be able to dig in silt fencing

Assist in making ready of apartments

Must be available to work in an "On-Call Rotation" and be available for after hours emergency maintenance calls every 3 weeks

Carpentry, painting and drywall repair is a plus

​Qualifications:

Must maintain a professional and courteous manner

Must own your own hand tools

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement Applies)

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented
