    Overview

    This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, electrical systems, and automation controls within a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
    • **PLC Troubleshooting & Repair:**Diagnose and repair Allen Bradley PLC systems to minimize downtime.
    • Electrical Systems: Install, maintain, and repair electrical components, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
    • **Pneumatics & Hydraulics:**Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in food production.
    • **Welding & Fabrication:**Set up and operate welding equipment as needed for maintenance and repair.
    • **Automation & Controls:**Assist in PLC programming and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) configuration.
    • Equipment Optimization: Collaborate with production teams to ensure packaging and processing equipment runs efficiently.
    • Safety Compliance: Use voltage detectors and follow safety protocols to ensure electrical work meets industry standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing environments.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with Allen Bradley PLC systems.
    • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
    • Familiarity with electrical installation practices and safety regulations.
    • Ability to set up and operate welding equipment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    Salary info:

    $27 - $40 / hr
