Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Property Location: Buford, GA Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $18–$22/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily community in Buford, GA. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning spaces — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner

Repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

Assist with unit turns/make-readies: painting, drywall, and light carpentry

Support preventative maintenance on HVAC, irrigation, and general systems

Maintain the property grounds and common areas

Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

1–2 years of residential or property maintenance experience preferred

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliances

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
