What We Need:

Ensure all work orders are completed correctly and in the budgeted time

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants

Working hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Coordinator

Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program

Exterior structural maintenance as needed

What You Need:

1+ years’ experience in maintenance

Working knowledge of how to fix most things in a home is beneficial, but we will train as needed

“A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process."

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending upon experience and certifications
