Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform various duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and perform preventitive maintenance.
• Provide urgent and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production
• Perform mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
• Troubleshoot diagnose and installation of wiring, electrical equipment and systems in the plant
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. Comply with safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Trade School preferred
• Forklift experience prefered.
• Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience
• Use of schematics, blueprints and diagrams
• Basic PLC and AC drive; 480V troubleshooting experience
• 3 phase motors

Salary info:

$28 - $34 / hr
