ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to
minimize downtime; responsible for set up, adjustment, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Support Equipment (Ovens, Packing lines, Conveyors.
Plumbing, Pneumatic Hydraulics, Cutting.
Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent trouble-shooting skills Service-oriented(responsive)
Power Industrial Training Certification a plus
Electrical, PLC Diagnostics a plus.
Welding MIG, TIG, Stick a plus.
Self-Starter- able to start and complete projects independently.
Effective communicator Process-oriented, methodical
High School Diploma.
2-5 years’ experience in industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing environment preferred.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Ability to perform the following: standing for extended periods of time; walking, lifting, climbing, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and stooping
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible work hours
