Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team! at our RV/Manufactured Home park on the Colorado river. You’ll work with our Maintenance Manager on preventative maintenance projects, regularly inspect our buildings and property for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our golf carts to keep them running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs

Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced

Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks

Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

At least 2 years of maintenance experience

Knowledge of plumbing and electrical is a plus

Understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

Available to work weekends and holidays

Strong work ethic, must be dependable
