HOA Maintenance Associate
The role of Maintenance Associate at PHCA is to work with management to maintain the property. This involves general cleaning, landscaping and maintenance of common areas and buildings. Work outdoors in a beautiful setting along the river.
Maintenance Associate Job Responsibilities:
Daily drive-through to retrieve trash and/or bulk items. Must have valid driver license.
Report sighted issues to management.
Complete assigned service requests and some special projects in a timely manner.
Gutter cleaning
Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles when necessary.
Maintain organized shop facility.
Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
Ground-level tree and bush trimmings
Sidewalk snow removal; plowing experience a plus
Asphalt patch and repair cracks and potholes.
Work Hours and Benefits
This is a permanent full-time position. Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30.
Tools and equipment available on-site. Uniforms/apparel provided.
Maintenance Associate Qualifications and Skills:
Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
Communicates effectively and professionally with management, board of trustees, contractors and residents.
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Maintenance experience is preferred, but not necessary if determined to work hard to learn.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
