Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, fabrication, and customer service, with the ability to perform various maintenance tasks in residential settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs
• Fabricate and install parts as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers
• Conduct facilities maintenance, such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements

• Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Proficiency in fabricating and installing parts
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their repair
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, including painting, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects
• Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various equipment
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers
• Knowledge of proper plant startup and shutdown procedures.
• Forklift & Welding experience required

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : From: $21.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday 5am-11am

Work Location : Clarence, NY
