We are looking for a Service Technician who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of 5 Grocer Stores/Supermarkets located close to each other, to include but not limited to: general maintenance and repairs, equipment repairs, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and other building systems, (do not have to deal with HVAC/Refrigeration)

Must have your own tools and ride.

Responsibilities:

​​​​​​Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.

Ensures the completion of service requests in 24 hours or per community policy.

Maintains and repairs buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems, small basic equipment repairs, including replacing worn or defective parts.

Assists with moving shelves and unloading and storing supplies; Exercises safety if needed to assist with moving heaving items, such as furniture/appliances, and unloading/storing supplies.

Experience:

1 year of General Maintenance background with experience in construction, plumbing, electrical and equipment repair

Must have a valid driver's license
