We are seeking to add a maintenance technician to our team! • Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401K • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for local diagnostic troubleshooting on-site as well as over the phone with tech support, controls programming, maintenance, start and test, and all aspects of repair • Possess a positive attitude, with a desire to take care of our customers, and their equipment and represent the company at the highest level • In order to perform your task, you will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts • Consistently work in a safe manner and diligently observe all safety measures. • Run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk • All positions are safety-sensitive Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have practical exposure to industrial refrigeration, a solid understanding of control systems, and excellent communication abilities. • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of control functions and programming, along with exceptional diagnostic and repair abilities, gained through 2-3 years of experience working on commercial chillers. • Capability and self-assurance to operate independently or collaborate effectively within a small team consisting of 2-3 individuals, which may include field technicians. • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants and operational & service knowledge • At least 2 years experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar field. Compensation: $45+ hourly DOE
