Responsibilities: • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Conduct basic repairs to residential properties and buildings. • Have knowledge in drywall repair, fixture replacements, door and window treatment installation, lockset changeouts, and basic cabinet repairs. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Compensation: $25,000 - $38,000 per year DOE
