Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
- Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers.
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
