Job Summary

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs

Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced

Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks

Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Mowing of grounds using a manual push and zero turn mower, a riding lawn tractor and/or a small farm tractor

Perform general landscaping, gardening, and lawn care as directed. Use of a weed eater for trimming detail around building, trees, flowerbeds, structures, etc.

Proper, safe use of equipment to minimize risks of injury to self and others

Perform basic equipment maintenance and upkeep, and equipment repair as needed

Assist with special events and client programming as directed

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

On call weekends

Inclement weather events

Overtime as approved

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

At least 1 year of maintenance experience

Understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems and carpentry

Knowledge of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends or inclement weather events

Excellent work ethic, and attention to detail

Possess basic hand tool operations knowledge and able to lift at least 50lbs

Physical Ability, Basic Computer skills, Communication skills, Technical skills, and Time Management skills

Ability to Work Under Pressure
