Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of equipment throughout the facility, including the production floor, warehouse, and office areas. This role includes regular inspections of equipment, documenting test results, and completing work orders. The technician will also shut down, disassemble, clean, and provide minor repairs to warehouse machinery as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks related to the installation, troubleshooting, development, and maintenance of equipment, processes, and facility structures.
• Complete daily assignments with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and circuitry issues as required.
• Conduct skilled maintenance tasks, such as fabrication, welding, brazing, soldering, torching, and plumbing.
• Utilize and update line diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting matrices when changes occur.
• Keep technical knowledge up to date by attending relevant educational workshops.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience operating industrial-powered vehicles.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Basic welding skills.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing, and sitting are required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks with or without accommodations.
