Job Description
A Maintenance Technology Manager is responsible for monitoring various technology platforms/systems for our maintenance operations. This includes implementing and managing onboard truck technology systems to optimize the department’s response time for repair processes.
This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maximizing operational efficiency, essentially bridging the gap between technical expertise and maintenance management practices.

A Successful Maintenance Technology Manager must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Maintenance Technology Manager must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.organizational skills.
