Qualifications:

High school diploma with Technical Trade Certificate

5 yrs. + of maintenance/facilities in a Chemical or Laboratory facility

Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of Chemical Storage Tank, Chemical Transfer Pumps, Reactors, Dryers, Vacuum Systems, Air Compressors, Lab Equipment, PLC, HVAC, Security and Fire Systems.

Experience with Reviews, Procedures and Inventory of parts

Experience with cGMP and ISO standards

Manage contractors

Industrial process equipment and building systems, plan maintenance schedules.

Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Responsibilities:

Safety First

Determine maintenance or repairs

Reviews and writes procedures and maintain maintenance documentation updated.

Responsible for procurement processes for materials and services, including contract management, purchase orders organization and invoice compliance.

Works with Engineering Department to plan work priorities

Assesses building systems to plan work assignments.

Assists team members with troubleshooting equipment and systems malfunction, relying on internal and external SME.

Inspects work performed by vendors and contractors.

Manage contractors’ timesheets, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
