We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Maitre D / Guest Services Coordinator to serve as the face of our hospitality team. In this dual-role position, you’ll manage all aspects of our reservation system, ensuring a seamless guest experience, while also overseeing all guest communication and private event inquiries. Your responsibilities will include answering guest questions through our "Contact Us" portal, coordinating and selling private parties, and following up to secure bookings. Key Responsibilities:
Solely manage the reservation book, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.
Answer guest inquiries via email through our website's "Contact Us" link with professionalism and promptness.
Provide detailed information about menus, services, and policies to potential and existing guests.
Handle all aspects of private party inquiries, from initial contact to follow-up, including selling and booking events.
Maintain strong communication with the management team regarding private party details and guest feedback.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Maitre D, guest services, or event coordination role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven ability to provide exceptional guest service in a professional and courteous manner.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
$20/hour plus commission on private party sales.
