Now Hiring: Maitre D / FOH Coordinator ~Two Closing Shifts Per Week + Leadership Opportunity
We’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader to join our team as a Maitre D / FOH Coordinator. This role blends the energy of a seasoned host with the poise and presence of a Front-Of-House leader. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in high-touch environments, this is a great opportunity to grow into a leadership role while staying close to the guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
Set up the shift and reservation books to maximize covers and ensure smooth, thoughtful service
Greet every guest with warmth and confidence, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in
Lead the host team during busy services, setting the tone with a calm, organized, and guest-first approach
Close the restaurant two nights per week, supporting the full front-of-house team and ensuring everything wraps up cleanly and professionally
Be the anchor of the door—managing flow, solving problems on the fly, and adjusting pacing in real-time
Communicate clearly and consistently with managers, servers, and kitchen staff to support smooth service
Serve as a resource and role model for newer hosts, helping them build confidence and develop their skills
What We’re Looking For:
Previous host experience in a high-volume, reservation-driven restaurant
Familiarity with RESY and/or OpenTable, and you understand how to use tech to support service, not distract from it
You've worked as the Anchor at the host stand and know how to manage flow, seat strategically, and keep calm under pressure
Emotionally intelligent; able to read a room, lead with empathy, and handle stress with grace
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Naturally positive and team-oriented. You lead by example and lift others up
