There may be times when this person will need to drive to client locations on Maui, so reliable transportation is important.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator who is driven by customer service, is incredibly detail oriented, can follow written and verbal instructions and truly cares about our clients. You must have some customer service experience and be willing to work in a fast-pasted, growing company. This is a deadline driven role, so you must work well under pressure, keep organized and prioritize as multiple requests can come in at the same time. Payroll experience would be a plus, but it is not required.

THIS ROLE IS BASED ON MAUI AND DOES REQUIRE YOU TO WORK IN THE OFFICE.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required:
2+ years of customer service, hospitality, and/or client success experience
Patience and empathy to help individuals complete paperwork and answer detailed questions about their account with us
Ability to work M-F 8a-5p Hawaii time in our Maui office (This is not a remote position)
Self-starter that can meet required deadlines
Passion for creating a warm, welcoming environment in our office
Technology-literate and savvy with a strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

Ability to adapt and be flexible in the face of changing priorities, resources and timelines.
Works well in a team environment and enjoys collaborating and building relationships across the organization to deliver goals and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
1+ year of payroll experience
Valid Hawaii drivers license, vehicle, and clean driver abstract
