    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are actively seeking a bright, motivated individual that enjoys selling solutions to our customers'' problems. Whether it''s providing product and technical advice or helping our customers build their businesses, this position offers a lot of variety and challenges.

    The Truck Mount Sales Representative position focuses on selling vehicle mounted floor cleaning equipment to a diverse set of customers ranging from single to multi-vehicle businesses. If you''re an energetic, career-minded individual with strong communication skills and an excellent ability to build relationships, we would like to talk to you about a sales position at Jon-Don!

    You will establish trust with our current and new customers by sourcing leads through phone calls, emails and our new upgrade to the SalesForce database system. This position covers a multi-state territory - the growth and earning potential is HUGE! Jon-Don has made many upgrades to our sales plan and sourcing opportunities.     Recent sales experience with large equipment (capital/construction) or automobile sales and previous exposure to finance companies is beneficial, but not required. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Truck Mount Sales Reps typically earn between $60,000 - $100,000+, commensurate with experience.

The sales department offers complete training that will allow you to learn extensively about our equipment and products in order to better educate our customers and provide you with successful selling tools. The Truck Mount Sales Representative''s duties may include, but not be limited, to the following:

    • Systematic solicitation and development of professional relationships of targeted commercial prospects through phone (70% of your day), email (20% of your day) and face-to-face contact (10% of your day) within a zone (B2B cold calling)
    • Assisting existing customers with buying decisions
    • Providing customers information on financial payment options
    • Providing product and technical advice
    • Educating customers through equipment demonstrations
    • Working together as a part of our nationwide sales team Benefits/Health Plans
