We are a fast growing residential and commercial construction company that provides exceptional service to the greater Tampa area. We specialize in make ready turns, maintenance, repair, and installations primarily in the single-family home improvement, repair and remodel industry. Our team of highly skilled professionals work to maintain our reputation of quality customer service with integrity, precision and expertise.
Our ideal candidate is a qualified construction professional with at least five years of professional experience in various industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall/painting and general handyman responsibilities. Technicians working with us must be comfortable completing all aspects of assigned tasks, work independently and at the direction of the assigned project manager. Responsibilities:
*Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion based on scopes of work or work orders...specific skills desired are general handyman, electrical, plumbing, paint/drywall, carpentry *Complete punch list items for make ready turns *Perform routine handyman repairs and preventive maintenance *Estimate time and extent of repairs *Maintain material and supply inventory *Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary *Cross functional communication between various levels of the company
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in make ready turns, maintenance or other related fields *Familiarity with tools and equipment *Ability to handle physical workload *Deadline and detail-oriented *Strong attention to detail *Ability to work independently and in a group
