About the Role:

Join NORTH AMERICAN LAND DEVELOPMENT as a Make Ready / Maintenance professional in Monroe, LA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are move-in ready and well-maintained. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

Prepare units for new residents by completing necessary repairs and cleaning.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from residents.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
