We’re looking for a driven, seasoned Home Health Account Executive to lead our marketing and growth initiatives. What You’ll Do:

• Marketing & Sales Management:

* Lead day-to-day marketing operations and execute strategic sales initiatives.
* Assess the market continuously and create a comprehensive marketing plan.
* Identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings with your expertise.

• Relationship Building:

* Cultivate strong, positive connections with referral sources and community partners.
* Represent Dependable Home Health in the community, building trust as a go-to provider.

• Market Analysis & Reporting:

* Stay informed on local trends to adapt strategies proactively.
* Track and report marketing results to refine and optimize future campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education:

* Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Experience:

* At least 1 year in home health or hospice marketing, ideally in the Las Vegas area.

• Skills and Qualities:

*  **Autonomy & Organization:** Highly organized with the ability to work independently and assertively.
*  **Tech Proficiency:** Experience with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and analytics software.
*  **Exceptional Communicator:** Strong writing, presentation, and active listening skills.
*  **Critical Thinking:** Problem-solving skills to make impactful decisions.
*  **Team Player:** Able to collaborate seamlessly with management, clinical staff, and community partners.
*  **Creative & Adaptable:** Ready to innovate and stay current with evolving marketing trends.
