Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Male Spa Housekeeper to become part of our team. Your role will involve maintaining our facilities with integrity and meticulous attention to detail. Your objective is to cultivate a pristine and organized atmosphere for our guests, fostering an environment that encourages their return visits and contributes to enhancing our reputation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and common areas, adhering to established standards.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Clean up and wash dishes that guest have used for tea and water

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Laundry - load washers and dryers and fold laundry as needed

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move supplies and equipment.

Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary

Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience

Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or housekeeping is advantageous.

A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Qualifications:

English proficiency, and personalized service are valued.

Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred

Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Friendly, customer-oriented personality

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail

Able to work quickly without compromising quality

Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
