Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Associate for our busy dealership. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources/ Payroll Processing experience, excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.

Candidates must provide professional references who can verify work experience and be willing to submit to pre-employment background check, including drug screening.

Key Responsibilities

· Payroll Processing for Multiple Locations – 150 employees

· Benefits Enrollment and Terminations

· Tracking of employee benefits including vacation/personal time

· Process unemployment claims, employment verification requests and disability forms

· Post all open positions, vet resumes, forward resumes to appropriate manager, manage interview process and background checks

· Assist with Semi-Annual Reviews

· Assisting with New Hire and Termination Process

· Any other duties assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· 3-5 years with human resources and payroll processing

· Paychex experience preferred

· Computer literate

· Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule

· Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
