    Job Summary:

    As an Administrative Assistant with SVN | Toomey Property Advisors, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized office environment, handling communications, and assisting with scheduling and record-keeping. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence

    Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner

    Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic

    Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed

    Assist with data entry and maintaining databases

    Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members

    Support event planning and logistics as needed

    Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are stocked

    Qualifications:

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
