We are seeking a knowledgeable and strategic Management Consultant to work with our home care company's amdinistrative executives and stakeholders helping them optimize operations, attract new clients, retain high-performing employees, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will combine previous expertise with actionable insights to support clients in achieving their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Develop strategies to attract new clients, including referral network development and digital marketing optimization.
Analyze market trends and client demographics to identify growth opportunities.
Implement performance metrics to measure marketing and outreach effectiveness.
Employee Retention:
Assess current employee engagement strategies and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Design and implement training programs to promote career development and skill enhancement.
Establish incentive programs to reward performance and improve staff morale.
Compliance and Operations:
Ensure clients maintain compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid standards, and local licensing requirements.
Conduct operational audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and document efficient workflows to ensure quality service delivery and regulatory adherence.
Build long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support and expert guidance.
Deliver presentations, training, and workshops to help agency owners and staff implement proposed changes.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3-5 years of experience
Proven experience in consulting, management, and operations.
Deep understanding of business growth, including client acquisition channels, workforce challenges, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical skills to assess business performance and develop data-driven strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and best practices.
