Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000 - $250,000+ per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Work Location: In person Responsibilities: Here’s what you’ll do: • Hire, develop and retain long-term relationships with advisors • Analyze financial needs and provide customized recommendations • Educate your team of advisors on insurance and investment options • Build and manage your own advisory team • Participate in ongoing training and development programs • Work closely with a team of experienced professionals and mentors Qualifications: • Proven experience in a financial role, a strong track record of business development, previous management experience and/or MBA degree • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills • Ability to work in a team-based environment • FINRA Series 6/63, Series 7 not required (Life & Health Insurance License) • College Degree & Sales experience preferred • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined manager • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000+
