We’re a fast-growing company operating in both wholesale and retail with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Our team is small but mighty — and we’re looking for a driven, high-potential individual to join us on the ground floor of something big.
This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out job — this is a rigorous, immersive, 12-month training program designed to expose you to every major area of our business, from warehouse logistics to front-end retail operations.
Program Overview
Over the course of 12 months, you’ll rotate through all major departments — learning by doing and being mentored directly by leadership. The program will give you a full-spectrum view of our business operations and set you up for serious advancement within the company.
Phase 1: Warehouse & Operations
You’ll spend your first six months in our warehouse and B2B wholesale division:
Learn warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, safety, and layout
Participate in order processing, sales support, and administrative workflows
Operate equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks (training provided)
Understand how we move, manage, and protect product
Get exposure to process improvement and basic team leadership
Phase 2: Retail & Front-End Operations
Your next six months will be in our retail store environment:
Work alongside managers on daily retail operations and team leadership
Gain hands-on customer service experience at the front end
Learn merchandising, inventory control, and floor layout
Assist with purchasing, product selection, and seasonal promotions
Support marketing and in-store engagement strategies
What We’re Looking For
A highly motivated, hands-on individual who wants to build a career, not just find a job
Bachelor's degree preferred (any major welcome — we care more about mindset)
No specific experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
Strong communication skills and a humble, team-first attitude
Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment when needed
Flexibility and grit — this program is challenging by design. Please expect to put in some serious hours.
