    Job Description

    The AI & Innovation team within Operations and Technology is looking for a Manager, Business Operations to join its rapidly growing and scaling team. This role will be an integral part of the organization, ensuring that a team is running efficiently and effectively. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing daily ops, aligning various departments, proactively getting ahead of upcoming key events and contributing to the overall roadmap of the AI & Innovation team.

    This role will work closely with the leadership team to understand operations need and will then build out as well as implement operating rhythms, enable process improvements, map out standards for reporting, and will monitor the health of the overall business operations cadence. In summary, the Manager, Business Operations is pivotal in driving organizational efficiency, serving as a bridge between various departments. This multi-faceted role requires a blend of analytical skills, leadership capabilities and strategic thinking to support the growing needs of the business.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Develop, implement and oversee an enterprise operating rhythm and business operations cadence.
    • Prepare key executive level presentations inclusive of operating reviews and initiative status updates.
    • Develop and provide recommendations on operational excellence of reporting.
    • Manage organized structured for shared documents and workspace.
    • Participate in ongoing execution of key strategic projects and initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
    • Partner with leadership to identify key trade shows and relevant industry events to participate in. Organize the team to participate and develop materials to share with team post event(s).
    • Partner with and develop strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders - this includes working closely with all business units and facilitating cross functional teams.
    • Establish an environment for continued process improvement and learning.
    • Partner closely with leadership and team to develop standards, metrics and control process based on operations need and changing requirements staying closely align across all sub businesses
    • Develop and own the control processes related to standardize quality and operations across the organization.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years in Quality and Process Improvement, Business Relationship Management role and/or Project Management
    • Previous experience in operations management or a similar role is essential
    • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret financial information, and make informed decisions
    • Excellent leadership skills to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
    • Experience with identifying customer needs, developing improvement plans, and being a change champion for the organization
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels
    • Proficiency with O365, Smartsheet
    • Must be within proximity of Englewood Cliffs, NJ

    Desired Characteristics

    • Experience in US Media & Entertainment operations environment preferred
    • Strong technical, quantitative, analytical, organization, research, problem solving and presentation skills
    • Ability to lead and present program information in face-to-face presentations to varied audiences, including executive management
    • Strong team building, vendor, and customer relations skills
    • Experience working in traditional project management and/or Agile environment.
    • Able to build and present PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate a message in a short and clear manner
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
