    Job Description

    The Manager of Business Process and Systems position supports our Global Television Distribution rights licensing business. This team member works closely with groups within Global Television Distribution as well as our operations team as we implement business solutions that support the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will move between managing the project, reviewing technical and functional requirements, providing technical and functional support, and day to day end user support. This role requires a dedication to customer service, being detail-oriented, and the ability to work collaboratively

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Being a subject matter expert on rights licensing and customer relationship management.
    • Assisting the project team with issue resolution by identifying, documenting, and prioritizing system issues.
    • Being part of discovery and design sessions as well as documenting functional requirements and technical specifications.
    • Providing oversight to operations and development teams by reviewing designs and application programming to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
    • Leading development of in-application guidance training and workflows.
    • Leading system demonstrations and end-user training across various business units.
    • Leading user acceptance testing efforts
    • Driving technology and process improvements by linking enhancements to the larger strategic company goals.
    • Learning the KPIs that drive the business and identify opportunities to improve their decision-making process and enhance their analytics capabilities.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • 8 years minimum of experience developing, implementing, and/or maintaining medium to large-scale customer relationship management
    • 3 years minimum of experience in Media & Entertainment industry

    Desired Characteristics

    • Heavy Salesforce certifications
    • Strong presentation and analytical skills gathering input from multiple sources and articulating technical recommendations that drive key architecture and business decisions
    • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as CRMA and Tableau
    • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment with the ability to leverage resources and skillsets across various functional and technical domains
    • Understanding of IT project management methodologies and SDLC processes, such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall
    • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the comfort of communicating with all levels of the organization
    • Experience with media and entertainment industry
    • Experience with the rights licensing business
    • Enjoys learning new technologies and being hands-on with developing and implementing solutions
    • Experience with AI or machine learning platforms

    ** This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.**

    ** Salary range: $140,000 - $150,000 (Bonus eligible).**
