    Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Work directly with all marketing teams, brand, and social teams to identify high impact moments to leverage with the creation of creative projects

    Create and manage production calendar and general flow of marketing content on assigned projects to ensure all creative needs are met within the proposed timeline

    The role requires a strong strategic lens and ability to support the team in creating the most high impact stories to leverage the Red Bull brand

    Identify and ideate these stories into creation by keeping team of creatives on track and on budget

    Manage and run creative content brainstorm sessions

    Identify content that is already in our system to leverage dollars already spent in the most productive creative ways

    Work to create and implement an efficient workflow cross functionally of asset creation

    Manage day to day relationships with all teams to keep transparency and visibility within the content creation process

    Interface with both internal direct reports and external vendors to communicate creative notes and delivery deadline updates

    Top level planning and organization of marketing shoots (moving and still image) with producers, production partners, and talent

    Supervise marketing moving and still image shoots as needed

    Manage content vetting process through legal, music, filmmakers, athlete and artist teams

    Manage the asset flow process from first ingest to final delivery. Both the final product and all other unused content

    Supervise the finishing process on all content

    Manage the archiving and organization of all finished materials

    Manage departmental budget from overall and per project basis

    Oversee day to day operations of the Creative Services team with vision being solutions focused, coming from a collaboration mindset

    Promote diversity and inclusion while supporting creative ideas with technical knowhow and with photographer/production partner relationships

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in a similar role within a creative, media, or marketing environment.

    Proven track record of managing large-scale creative projects, including moving image and photography content.

    Experience in budget management for both individual projects and overall departmental budgets.

    Creative and technical expertise in moving image, photography, and graphic creation workflows.

    Attention to detail in managing the vetting process for content through legal and other departments.

    Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

    Knowledge of legal clearances related to media production and content creation.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

    Additional Information

    This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

    The base salary range for this position is $85,600 - 128,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
